Oh My Aching Back
A course for improving back pain and discomfort from over use muscle pulls and strains. We will be using body alignment, strengthening and stretching exercises to maintain good posture and flexibility. 
Seek physician’s approval if you have had previous surgeries on your back.

Emergency Sheets are required for ALL individuals (adults & youth) participating in any Andover Recreation programs, events, and trips. They must be filled out for each individual annually. Some programs will require additional paperwork or a new Emergency Sheet to be filled out.
