Gentle Yoga

Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of gentle stretching postures and deep breathing exercises. Class ends with a guided meditation and is suitable for all levels. Bring a mat.

Emergency Sheets are required for ALL individuals (adults & youth) participating in any Andover Recreation programs, events, and trips. They must be filled out for each individual annually. Some programs will require additional paperwork or a new Emergency Sheet to be filled out.
