Learn the fundamentals of running track & field events. Some of the skills that will be taught are hurdles, sprints, relays, discus throwing, and long jump. A track meet will be held the last day of the program. Bring a water bottle.

NEW SUMMER REGISTRATION POLICY: Registration closes one week prior to the program beginning. A late fee of $25 will be charged to anyone registering within one week of the start date of a program. No refunds/credits available to those who register within one week of start date.
