Adult Fitness Boot Camp

Join us for an exciting new Summer Boot Camp Series like no other! This program is designed to decrease stress while promoting cardiovascular endurance, better balance and coordination, and overall strength. Sandbag and bucket carries, tire flipping, kettlebells, sledge hammering, speed and agility work, team
challenges, and more. Each class will also take you through different stations where you’ll see a variety of full-body, functional movements such push-ups, presses, and squats. All workouts can be modified when necessary. Sessions begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down. Experience an outdoor workout that revitalizes your mind and body and motivates you to your full potential. Bring a friend and make new ones. Plenty of water and a sweat towel is recommended.

Emergency Sheets are required for ALL individuals (adults & youth) participating in any Andover Recreation programs, events, and trips. They must be filled out for each individual annually. Some programs will require additional paperwork or a new Emergency Sheet to be filled out.
