SNL Co-Ed Flag Football League

SNL Co-Ed Flag Football League

Grades K-7

This co-ed recreational flag football league is open to children who wish to learn fundamentals, skills, and enjoyment of football without the contact. This fun recreational league is open to all levels and will enhance understanding and build on skills, positioning, ball handling, passing and receiving, and running. Children will be placed on teams based on grade. Each team will meet once a week on Saturdays to have a short practice before playing their games. This program will run over Columbus Day weekend.

Team Selection

To achieve balanced competition, Rec will place athletes on teams. Unfortunately, Rec will not honor requests for this program, including coaching requests. Siblings will be placed together if they are in appropriate age group and coaches will be placed with their child(ren).

All registered participants will receive a T-shirt and a mouth guard to keep. Mouth guards are mandatory. Cleats or sneakers with good traction are recommended, but not required. Flags will be provided.
